College advice?

I'm in this early college program and that means I'll be taking college classes during my junior and senior years of high school. The first two years of high school have been spent as time preparing us for college by working us harder, and whatnot. I'm worried that I won't be ready for college and that I'm going to fail или somehow mess up big time. I'm really scared of going to college (I'm only 16, this is nerve-wracking stuff for me) so does anyone have any advice? Is college as, I hate to repaet the same word but, scary as everyone makes it out to be? What do I need to prepare myself for? Thanks in advance.

I may be the worst person to answer this for Ты as i never made it through my first год of college, admittedly because i was going through a rough patch at Главная at the time, but still.
Anyway what Ты could do, is if Ты have a friend или an acquaintance that has been through college или is going to college already, talk to them about how it is. Ask what goes on, how's the curriculum, how's the work load etc
Here in England we have 'open days' where students who are going to college (or thinking about it) can witness a class in progress and even take part if Ты want to, walk around and get the feel of the geography of the grounds, talk to students and teachers etc. Write a letter to the school requesting last years curriculum and a students work-load (if allowed) to see how it's done and if Ты can cope.
but most of all, wing it. School life will always be tough, and some days Ты will feel swamped with work Ты think will never be finished. Don't forget your teachers are there to help Ты if needed and if Ты need extra time to complete work или catch up, или even if Ты don't think you'll finish on time anyway, your teachers will always allow Ты to stay behind at school, или use a few минуты of your breaks etc to help Ты through it.
