Mine is "Truth Takes Time" because I love how sneaky Irina can be and the message at the end of the episode makes me love her even more.

Every single one, especially the first 2 seasons, but I love Rendezvous, Truth Be Told, Phase One, Endgame, Double Agent...I need to stop before I list all of them. ;)
