Black Butler (Тёмный дворецкий) is good, but not only Готика people enjoy it. Still it has a dark story, and somtimes makes Ты want to cry for the characters. Also Rozen Maiden, but it has a lot of humourous episodes, really only the end of the first season, the ovature, and the секунда season of it is sad.

This is a pretty creepy, dark, and depressing Аниме but its still one of my favourite animes ^^
