Not really as much Аниме as a American cartoon designed to looks like an anime; like Teen Titans. They were both MADE to LOOK like anime, but actually weren't. :)

It's american made (like Аватар as well as Teen Titans)..that's funny because Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi if I recall sang the Teen Titans theme song. oh and therefore it can't be Аниме even though it most likely was based off Аниме and even has some Japanese names..it's not an Аниме if it's not made in Япония and not dubbed into english and others languages..anime are made in Япония (the original version is Japanese) and it's dubbed into different languages.
