At this point in the manga, Natsu is a human dragon slayer, no longer holding the demon seed. So those of Ты saying he cant die because of it, stop. While Гоку is a Saiyan, so his body is naturally stronger if Ты strip them of Ki and Magic.
Next, let's look at their(CANON) abilities Natsu uses огонь dragon slaying magic, which is his primary attack. And then there's his lightning огонь dragon mode, which he can only use in moments of extreme anger, but gets exhausted, less than before but still, after using it, putting him at a stamina disadvantage. And then there's огонь dragon king mode, which is just an advanced him manipulating Igneel's power, and then his own. And of course, we have Dragon Force, but he can only consume that by either eating etherion-infused lacrima, или flames of rebuke so we'll leave this out.
Now we have Goku. Abilities: Kamehameha, Kaio-ken, Spirit bomb, but that can't harm pure hearted beings so we'll leave this out. Instant Transmission, and the hakai technique. He also has the super saiyan 1-3, all of which have their own multipliers. And then there's SSGod, and SSBlue(Kaio-ken)
Power scaling? Natsu's biggest feat was destroying Acnologia, who was able to destroy, at most, a continent. Although, Natsu only did this by using the combined powers of the 7 dragon slayers, while everyone else trapped him in a Resistance-Sphere(Fairy sphere powered by the entire resistance group).
Goku's biggest feats..too many to count, but in his fight with Beerus, the universe almost shattered, meaning that Гоку is at least half universal. There's also his секунда fight with hit, where he broke through Hit's parallel world, making him multi dimensional.
We also have to look at the fact that Гоку is much faster naturally, so with his transformations he'll obviously be put on top. Гоку also has his powerful aura to defend and deflect against attacks, so it's highly likely that Natsu's physical attacks wouldn't do much.
When looking at all of these facts, it's simple. Гоку would crush Natsu, simple as that.
