Depends on how old Наруто is when the fight took place. If he was at the age he was near the end of the series, I think he would definitely win; realistically, I don't see InuYasha winning against Наруто with his controlled biju state, sage mode, and countless techniques just because Inuyasha's a half-demon. But if Наруто was only 12 and hadn't even graduated the academy yet, InuYasha would probably pummel him even in his human form. xD
Well it depends if we're basing Naruto's strength pre-timeskip или post-timeskip/end of the series. If it was pre-time skip Naruto...well InuYasha would win. Post-timeskip Naruto...Naruto totally could win the fight.
