finding the name of the trilogy series i read

so its been long since i read them and i dont even remember a single word from the Название nor the authors...not even the characters names unfortunately... but i kinda remember the gist of the plot

its kinda like the fifty shades trilogy...when i googled it, there were many like the fifty shades but couldnt find the one i read..

plot

so this female lead is a diabetic who is on insulin..male lead a ceo of a big company или something and is a bit of a sadist and possessive of the female lead...
female lead had a guy friend who eventually dies in the first book.... she faces a sexual assault from ML's enemy ... she goes through psychiatry disturbance. for which ML helps her

in the 3rd book, they marry and have a child... but out of nowhere a pregnant lady comes and tells that the ML IS the father to her child... they face alot of problems and finally find out that this lady was lying to get money from them.... tthe FL gets pregnant again but the baby gets aborted... they adopt some children and Собаки and live happily after.....
