Honestly i don't think so. I mean there are people that are better for some people.

I think that there probably is one person Ты will be happier and Ты will fell in Любовь with еще than anyone else... But if something happens and Ты arent with this person I think Ты can still be happy with some1 else, just not AS happy as Ты were with him.
And when it comes to BL i think they are soulmates and that they were made for each other!
