I haven't recieved some of the awards i've earned on the Cartoon Network website. Can someone help me?

I have been playing The Big Picture on the Cartoon Netwrok website and have earned the following awards:

1. Taking a picture of 3 contestants,

2. Taking a picture of 2 couples

3. Earning 100,000 points.

I've tried contacting the Cartoon Network website twice to try and figure out the problem but I still haven't got any help. If anyone her is a computer whizz или has had the same problem, some Совет would be really helpfull.
