Someone tweeted this. apparently a bamon Фан emailed her saying why BD belong together. I dont know what the email сказал(-а) exactly. but her response solidifies that she truely ships Bamon. So if she ships Bamon how can DE even really have a shot at Endgame. she says she doesnt know endgame but if she is pro bamon why wouldnt she make them endgame.

I myself think Bonnie might be good for Damon, because 1) she is a strong psychic, 2) she already knows the ropes of human/vampire relationships from watching Elena, and 3) she seems to bring out, even еще than Elena, a gentleness in Damon that makes him want to protect her, no matter what she's done. You're right; she makes him еще human.

Elena and Damon and Bonnie and Stefan have already been
the same ages for about twenty years, when the original Книги were
written (or only gotten about nine months older). The ones going to
college are going to stay freshmen for a long. long time. And in this time, Damon definitely likes Bonnie. She's his weak spot. He chases Elena because he set himself a goal when he first saw her, but he actually saved Bonnie's life (and kissed her) before the Vampire Diaries story started. I'll be putting the story up on my website soon if Ты haven't seen it. And in the Книги to come, there's a lot of Damon and
Bonnie moments, when he tries to be cruel to her but finds that somethig
inside him just won't let him do it. Somewhere inside he has a lot of
tenderness for her. I give Bonnie as good a chance as Elena to end up
with Damon because what about Stefan?

In any case, they'll all get closer and closer in the upcoming books.
Bonnie has a unique and important part in Midnight, in which she and
Damon end up alone together in the Dark Dimension. He starts out not
treating her very well, but ends up as sorry as he can be! And, too . .
. but I can't tell Ты the whole story!

And finally, I promise that Bonnie will end up with a guy who is
perfect for her, whether it be Damon или someone else that is absolutely
fabulous and loves her passionately. After all, I Любовь Bonnie's
character as much as Elena's and they both deserve the best

lizzie_jo5 I sooo wanna write to het but let;s be honest are we gonna change anything...? I mean when i plan a story out i usually have in mind from the very beginning, who will stay with who at the end, Only one time i realy didn;t know who should stay with who. Writers do the same it;s their story why should they change their original plotline for the fanbase? Had the book been written in the 90s we wouldn;t even be able to send her emails and let her know how we felt. She wouldn;t even know what the fans thought. That;s why I believe she'll stick to her orignal ideas unless of course they've changed...

delenaisluv lizzie_jo, I agree we can't change an author's mind but that's what the Bamon fans are doing. Reading the earlier books and Nightfall and SS, I don't think Bamon was on her endgame list...

bangelOTP OMG guys DO NOT send her hating emails about bamon !! it will just show her that we're crazy or something! im tellin u this cause in a forum some DE fans send her some emails saying that she sucks and her writing is bad and bamon is gross do not forget guys that she wrote the bamon short stories way before the delena interactions so she always had that soft spot for bamon if u want send her some emails , stay polite and nice and respect bamon :) so she can take us seriously

delenaisluv I don't how it'll be =(. Elena isn't in love with Damon to the same extent she is with Stefan (or thinks she is with Stefan). I think Damon loves her. I mean, honestly,Bonnie's too much of a flirt and is starting to look like a boy stealer. First, she thinks about jumping into bed with Stefan NOW she wants Damon. Maybe she's jealous of Elena. who knows...=(

delenasalvatore I can't figure out LJ Smith at all. I think her problem is that now it's not about the characters or story, it's about the money. Otherwise she wouldn't be desperately trying to appeal to Bamon fans and DE fans by sending them emails to convince both fanbases to read Midnight. It's ridiculous though - DE are by far the biggest of the two. It seems a bit mad that she's trying to make a small percentage of her fans happy like this. There's no law that says she can't ship both DE and Bamon but I have a big problem if she thinks Bamon should end up together, because then people who were completely sold on DE will have bought and read all those books for nothing. If it's not in the actual series, then is it really that important? I'm not sure what story she's talking about here, but if Damon likes Bonnie that much, then why isn't it included in TVD? And if Bonnie was always going to be a serious contender for Damon's heart, why did LJ Smith write a love triangle with Damon, Stefan and Elena? And why do so many more people prefer Damon to be with Elena, not Bonnie? Honestly, it sounds like she's just tacking Bonnie onto the end of the triangle because she made up her mind that SE would be endgame long ago, or because she's easily swayed by her Bamon fans. Either way, she's going to disappoint approximately 80 percent of her fans.

Nutika MAybe it was just said but it's not going to happen? Maybe it's just an idea nothing more. I Think that becouse she wrote for shadow souls a pard with bamon Kiss but she said that she had to cut it off (Is it a right word?) so if she had to it means that Bamon is not going to have an end game. It's my opinion but she could olso try to make us love Bamod when we don't want to :/

LexisFaith If she knows what's good for her buisness she will NOT go bamon. I would rather he get with caroline then with bonnie. She's not a strong enough person for him. She's too weak and he can't. Spend his human life taking care of her all the timeand his vampire life saving her from bugs. It just can't happen. He saved her life because his human side which elena brought out not bonnie told him to. Everything he is now is because of elena.

" about the travel " alone" first thing first Damon went with Elena to the Dark Dimension only later Bonnie and Maradith came along . and for all the book Damon cared and taken care the most of Elena. and the child in Damon's soul was calling Elena. L.j. smith said that SS was her Favorite book, a book all about Delena and not Bamon so this response to E- mail is not real for me .sorry if this insults people but after reading the all article about the BD response I truly want to vomit .

VMars4ever Characters can get away from writers, but even that is a stretch. Bamon are non-existent, either this "email" is a fake, or LJ Smith doesn't know what the hell she is writing and is trying to force something on us that doesn't exist just because she now "wants" it to. Either way, I'm going to stick to the television series, I've read only the first book and even that I borrowed from my cousin. The writings not that great, kind of juvenile - better than Twilight - but juvenile none the less. And if she really did say that Ian won solely based on him being pretty is both insulting to him, and insulting to her character. As a writer myself, I'd think she'd have some sense of knowing what she shouldn't be saying, and that's just something she had no right to say.

I think it's hilarious how you guys just ramble on saying that Bonnie is the best match for Damon and they should get married blah blah blah. That is funny. In Midnight, which I read finally, Damon didn't want Bonnie to go with her . He was going back to the Dark Dimension so he could be vampire again...for ELENA! He said it was for himself as much for Elena. So that he could make her his Princess of Darkness. Anyways Bonnie was the one who grabbed a hold of him, yes? Damon has soft spots for weaker girls, but that doesn't mean he's like in love with them. He said so himself that he prefered strong girls, like Elena. It doesn't mean she favors it. If you didn't hear that part, read the books again. Damon reveals to Elena that he only loved one girl, and that was Elena herself. L.J. Smith got fired because she wanted to end the series with Delena endgame. You guys are so delusional, obviously you guys can't see the chemistry between Damon and Elena. Bonnie just isn't cut for it...I don't even know why she's even considered for Damon. Damon is mean to her because, yes he's trying to fight the feelings away. But like I said, he's in love with Elena. Elena soon realizes that she's in love with Damon. Elena brings out the humanity in Damon, but since she's with Stefan it makes it more complicated for him to truly be himself, because he would be making himself vulnerable if he revealed his soul to her, when she's still with Stefan. mohawkguy28 I am completely confused. This is not the first email that shows that she likes Bamon. There is another one that states that Damon is suppose to realize that he loves Bonnie non platonically. But when he is dying, he professes his love for Elena not Bonnie. He apologizes to Bonnie, too. I don't see how Bonnie was changing Damon in any of the books because he spent most of his time with Elena and she got him to see more of the goodness in humans. Then there is the short story where he met Bonnie supposedly and he acted as more of an older brother instead of desire. He kissed Bonnie in a cut off scene to get her to shut up. That is not exactly "love" material. I will not write to her because it wouldn't help anyway. It is out of her hands. But when you read her response to writing Shadow Souls, she says that she got carried away with her feeling. In it is a lot of Delena action, so I assumed that she really loved the Delena connection. She also said somewhere that Delena defintely had a connection because it was a love triangle. Love triangle. When did it change to Damon just wanting her because of a goal? All the stuff that he said when thinking to himself, says that he loved Elena. He didn't even think about Bonnie. Not even in the dark dimension when he was with Bonnie, except when he first looked at the princess and then when he was finally done. I don't think that he would have done that to Elena. According to another email from her, she was fired because of the Bamon end game, they don't want Bamon relationship. She says what about Stefan? well Bonnie and Stefan would be perfect together. I don't understand why she is saying that Bonnie brought out the humanity when Damon hardly ever talks or thinks about Bonnie. Yes, he could grow into since Elena is still stuck on Stefan but right now, I don't see it. Bonnie has had a crush on Damon and even right before going into the Dark Dimension with him thought that he was bad. Elena was the one to make everyone see him differently. If she really felt that way, she should have put more feeling into it. I mean he had to think of Elena to become a vamp again.

fangirl484 When I read the books I always got the impression that Damon was obsessed with his goal of having Elena and being chosen instead of his brother but it wasnt real love. It makes perfect sense that in the books he starts to develop genuine feelings for Bonnie which has snuck up on him. It's unexpected for him that he would feel this way about Bonnie. Damon needs to have the relationship with Bonnie to understand what it means to be in love. Elena's story for me is about falling in love then having intense feelings for someone else as you would do at 17. She is still discovering who she is and what she wants. Elena was always referred to by Damon as his dark princess and bonnie as his little bird. To me his feelings are more human and genuine with Bonnie even when they kiss than when he is trying to push himself on Elena.

The answer is NO, simply put, since the fan base of delena is 80% (even more) in the books , there is still 5-10% Bamon fans , who absolutely done everything in their will to change every wiki page and spread lies about Damon and Bonnie , which some fans are confused because they read the books to find out that Bamon is nonexistent. Lies are lies, and facts are facts , and no one can change the books, or dismiss Elena’s and Damon’s legendary love. Now, Damon does *likes* Bonnie as a friend, and he did died for her in Midnight, BUT only because Elena asked him too , when Damon dies he tells Elena she’s the only girl he really loved his whole life , also narrator says , that Elena needed no more proof for Damon’s love, because Damon died TO SAVE Bonnie, but he died for Elena . The books focus on Damon and Elena and there’s shit loads of quotes of Damon and Elena literally almost every page, while Damon and Bonnie has only a few (less than ten). Bonnie and Damon is a ridiculous ship, and more then that, it’s nonexistent and based of lies or fanfiction. I recommend you guys to read the books, because it’s sad to miss such a beautiful love story such as Damon’s and Elena’s .
