At 2:38-ish I can hear "Oh no, not again" which is from 'Ashes to Ashes', and then at 2:39-ish it cuts to the clip and accompanying song for 'The Heart's Filthy Lesson'

It is ashes to ashes или the heart's filthy lesson

I'm pretty sure it's "Ashes to Ashes" unless I'm identifying the wrong song.
