When real politics becomes too much, drown yourself in... political music.

To start off: really enjoy some songs by Midnight Oil, one of Australia's most famous bands from the 80s - 90s era. Blue Sky Mine is about mining companies who covered up evidence about the health effects of asbestos. 'Beds are Burning', about Aboriginal rights, is also good. Fun fact: the main singer went on to become a Government Minister... not the most conventional of career paths.
