Now that Ariel and Merida are gone, now it starts getting hard!

I think they're all great role models (including Merida & Ariel tbh)

Didn't her parents ever teach her about strangers? I mean, her optimism in the face of adversity is admirable, but the dwarves told her not to accept things from strangers and she did it anyway!

She's very quick-thinking and it was admirable that she forgave Aladdin, but she was a bit selfish in leaving the palace, since she knew she had to be queen one day. But I can't really blame her, though.

Snow is a good role model because despite almost being killed she remains hopeful and level headed, and always tries to help other people (and animals)
Aurora is a good role model because she teaches you that you can do the right thing and end up being rewarded for it.

^ I know that Snow White is a good role model. I just find the others to be better role models.

I also agree with dclairmont, even though Carrie and Macy never said they weren't good role models. In fact, Carrie said she is a "great role model".

It doesn't matter much anyway, I just changed my mind. I thought about it and decided that Snow has way more admirable qualities than Jasmine.

Oh God, this is going to be hard. I think they're all great role models in different ways, so narrowing it down will be a challenge.

I tentatively go with Snow White because, as MarcytheStrange hilariously said, accepting edible gifts from strangers (especially after being warned not to by the dwarves) was not her finest moment.

^ Yeah, that's why I picked Snow at first, and I think she should go after Jasmine leaves. But I decided that she's a bit of a better role model than Jasmine.

^^Personally, I excuse Snow White's act of naivety in that scene because she was only trying to be kind to a "poor old-lady who supposedly was having a heart attack. Not to mention she showed some distrust (reluctant in share informations at first) and her bad choice actually shows us what accepting food of strangers can result in. Every child picks that from the movie.

They're all great role models, but Jasmine is the worst out of these.

^ Not every child. When I was little I watched that movie and thought she was being hypnotized or something because I didn't think anyone would be that stupid. Now I know she just sort of believes in wishing wells and apples, but it was still not the best move.

^Ok, you thought she was being hipnotized. But the fact that you thought nobody could be that "stupid", also shows you already knew it isn't right to take food from strangers.

^ That doesn't make her a better role model though. If she'd reinforced the notion that taking food from strangers is bad, she'd be a better role model, but she didn't. I think she was an amazing role model up until that part of the movie though.

She a good role model like standing up for what you know is right and saving your friends but she has a lot of bad role model moments.

^^Well, then we'll have to agree about disagree. I think a princess can be a good role-model through her mistakes too (though only if she is a good role-model without them too).

Elle est gentille, honnête, douce, aimable... Elle est un bon modèle pour les jeunes filles.

Tiana ne voit pas les choses les plus importantes dans la vie.
Elle ne se concentre que sur son travail et oublie le plus important. Sa famille, ses amis, l'amour...
Bref, je ne pense pas qu'elle soit réellement un bon modèle !

But I don't necessarily agree with what you said about Tiana.

Jasmine has plenty of good moments, but she is too quick to judge people and situations, leading her to be reckless sometimes. she's also impulsive and can be disrespectful.

She has so many options aside from running away (like looking into ways to circumvent the law), but instead she is just stupidly risking her life.

She's a good role model, bc she shows us you don't have to marry in your social class, but the others are better
