I'm definitely not voting on this again! The results so far are just insulting to Disney! I'm sorry but to me that's true! Especially since THIS is actually here! The animation is bland, the background are detailed but too detailed so they look fake, the characters have pink skin and look funny, the colors are dull, and some things even look kind of cheesy.

Hmm. Not sure which should go. Maybe I'll change to PatF?

I couldnt agree more with Katara this list is wacko and very insulting. Most of the greatest animation is in the bottom. If you polled most people around the world, they would not agree at all with this list.

Plus I think it's kind of ridiculous to have hand drawn animation and computer animation together because they're to completely different styles of animation. It's like if you compare an animated movie to a live action movie and asked which had better effects. It makes no sense because they're two completely different styles that shouldn't mix into a situation like that. But even though the computer animation is here I'm surprised both computer animated films are still here. People always say that hand drawn animation is a beautiful art and no other kind of animation can compare. So why are they still here, even though they shouldn't even be included and should have their own separate countdown with Frozen included?

I like the ones above much more.

(HOLDING MY TONGUE) Oh forget it. It is an OPINIONATED poll, not a fact. While it is indifferent to me that CGI and traditional animation are being compared, just because the list is not going our way, you are insulting the poll princecatcher held? I swear you were not even participating in the being Katara. People compare things all the time, and NO ONE here is saying that any of the animation is bad. Princecatcher, don't let this stop you from doing this. If it makes you happy, continue and don't let all this affect you. You or none of us are insulting Disney by giving our opinion according to the question, and saying so respectfully, so it is NOT a slap in the face to Disney.

Now that is off my chest, Brave has BEAUTIFUL animation and I love the textures in the backgrounds and the characters, but the character designs are a bit too weird for me on some of the characters.

Ugh, I know I'm getting really annoyed as well. What gives you two the right to say the list is insulting and totally wrong just because it's not going your way? It's really immature and annoying. I can't even name how many countdowns haven't gone my way, but I don't make a giant fuss about it.

You guys do realize by complaining about what I said you're just going to ruin this countdown for everyone else by making something out to be bigger than it actually is, right? Plus does it really require three people to say what the first people is basically saying instead of moving on and ignoring it, especially when the person doesn't even respond back until now? Whatever though, I still stand by what I said and will not go back on it or apologize for it.

When you (or another) say something like "oh, this kid sucks and is insulting and a slap in the face to Disney, and insulting the poll that Princecatcher made ON the poll; expect a few responses, and Persephone agreed and added on as well, so it is a problem when someone else does it? When you say something like that on a poll, they can not respond? Persephone does very well how I feel, so that is that. This won't happen again Princecatcher.

Princess and the Frog and Tangled should be the top two imo.

Have voted for it forever...and still the same reason: It think the design of the characters clashes with the background. Either do both more on the cartoony side, or both with a realistic touch, but don't go in two entirely different directions. It's distracting.

Ha...I was just worried about Sleeping Beauty, but then I noticed that all the comments against it are actually only from four people (mostly the usual suspects). It's after all Disney's masterpiece of animation.

Brave is the best animation, second tangled, sorry but Pixar is still better at cgi, although Disney is catching up

I know hand drawn animation is a master form in itself, but just as an example, in the little mermaid, scenes that were drawn by glen keane with Ariel...just amazing, but I have to judge the whole film and not every scene is done by the greats like glen so there's hiccups and more random mistakes in hand drawn animation, while cgi is more consistent

You mean like the Arm wound Merida has which suddenly vanishes? Mistakes happen, and as long as they are not so obvious that you would notice them is you don't look for them, I don't think that they say much about the quality of animation. If Animation looks still impressive after more than 50 years, it does though. The style, how detailed it is AND if the details come together to something harmonious...that's the important question.

And honestly, Sleeping Beauty is the Picasso under the Animated movie. You might or might not like it - but it deserves the highest respect, and ripping into it, just makes you look like a philistine. The whole movie is like a moving painting, unbelievable detailed (there are more details in the background than in ANY of the CGI movies and all this is hand drawn), stylized and ultimately unique.

Sleeping Beauty's animation is piece of art, I can't believe it's on the top

I love Brave's animation, the scottish landscapes are beautiful and Merida's hair is amazingly animated, but I like the others more
