And Mother Gothel.

Even though Mother Gothel and Lady Tremaine are both villains, Gothel treated Rapunzel much nicer towards the beginning, obviously because she wanted to hide her identity. Lady Tremaine treated Cinderella poorly all around, and didn't give her nearly as much freedom as Rapunzel. (being able to paint, sew, bake, read, etc.)

And the Evil Queen, I dunno why she's not on here

Of course. She IS evil ya know :3 Gothel is too but shes not as mean and the king and queen of Arendelle shouldn't leave before these two because they never had bad intentions. They made horrible decisions but never meant to hurt either of their daughters, they did love them, so I think the 2 villains got to go first.
