Snow White is practically the epitome of optimism - there is no contest, really.

I agree that Snow White is the epitome of optimism and I think Cinderella comes incredibly close but I would also say that Snow White faces more struggles and hardships than Cinderella does, which amplifies Snow's optimism compared to Cinderella's.

^ Indeed... Snow White suffers an attempt on her life and experiences vivid trauma-induced hallucinations and is still able to smile and retain the mindset that 'everything will be alright' (and sing a song about her philosophy of life, no less).
