It looks more like a costume. I just can't take it seriously enough to feel scared because he's wearing it. I'm more scared of him then anything he wears.

While all remaining are creepy and sinister looking, this is the least of sinister outfit. Though it suits her sorceress image with battered cloak and black and purple color, i feel others have more powerful look.

This outfit is just a common advisor outfit and don't scary at all.

I tattered cloak never reminded me of evil. Wise old men and women in fairy-tales who weren't evil wore tattered clothes. This one has needed to go for a very long time.

The puffy sleeves and the weird pointy shoulder thing make it less intimidating.

It's like a costume.

Reminds me the Game of Thrones, despite not seeing the show.
