OMG, this is getting tough. But I had to vote for Tiana just because Merida overcame her selfishness and I can't even talk about Mulan's development. Of course Tiana DOES change, but I feel she doesn't change that much as Mulan and Merida.

Tiana was change from workaholic person to be more caring about her happiness. Instead her development isn't really significant compare to Mulan and Merida.

Most definitely. After "undoing" the damage Merida caused in the first place...she just regresses back to where she was before. No growth occurred. Whatever Merida gained through the experience, she lost afterward. At th end of the film Merida just went right back to riding horses and shooting arrows.

It was so hard to choose... I just think Mulan and Merida changed a little bit more than Tiana. Like, Mulan is completely different person at the end of her movie.

I don't think she or Merida change at all, but Merida especially since Tiana does a complete 180 which is OOC (although that might be even worse).

While Tiana eventually makes room for love in her life, I don't think we ever really see her acknowledge that there was something wrong with how she used to do things.

Tiana changed and became more open towards love and those around her but she still didn't have the total character overhaul that Merida and Mulan did.

They all change but Tiana changes the least.

I know Tiana didn't change much but her personality is already great
