It's....hmmmm....like 2 seconds and only mildly scary.
I still can't believe Maurice meeting the Beast is gone...to me that's the scariest one, it terrified me as a child.

None of Mulan scenes isn't scary

Not very scary at all. This entire movie is pretty much a comedy, with not much else outside the music numbers. Even the romance is rushed to get to the next joke. So where is the room for scary?
