EXID\'s Junghwa to star in webtoon drama \'Tundra Show\'

EXID\'s Junghwa is confirmed to take her first step into acting as she\'s been chosen to star in web drama \'Tundra Show\'!

MBC Plus Media, writer Kim Jae Han of popular webtoon, \'What\'s There to Know,\' which is currently being published serially, is personally planning one segment of the web drama and even planning to act in it.  Meanwhile, Junghwa has been cast as the female lead for this segment and will officially start preparations.

Within the production, Junghwa will be playing college student Yook Ah Young, who needs to take care of her older sister\'s baby due to extenuating circumstances, but she has the help of four pretty boys!

The web drama will consist of three different segments by three different webtoon writers, and it will begin airing in the middle of July.

@NoHurtFeeling Yes, they were trainees in JYP and pretty close. in 2014 september, from dkpopnews site. 2PM Taecyeon and EXID Junghwa have revealed that they are childhood friends in their respective SNS posts yesterday. Meeting after a long time, the two, now successful idols, expressed their happiness seeing each other once again and wrote heartwarming messages. Taecyeon wrote on his twitter, "It\'s been a long time since I last meet beautiful Junghwa ~ last time I saw her was when she\'s still a baby and now her height is over 168 @.@ Let Exid be successful too~~ Hihi~~" Meanwhile, Junghwa, who cheers for her oppa\'s comeback, wrote,"I met him during my childhood, to Taecyeon oppa whom I am thankful with, two-shot!!" She also cheers for 2PM\'s comeback in support for his friend. What a heartwarming friendship.
