for yes- making them have a comedy value is a talent
against yes- people might not want them up to vote

for their own category- people still get regonition but it doesn't over shadow the 'proper talent'

If someone's talent is to mock others, then they should be judged accordingly with everyone else's entries.

I agree with John on this. I think that to 'mock' others or impersonating someone else has comedic value, therefore is a talent. That's my humble opinion. ;)

erm..why is this important if we are not voting by category but overall ? if you submit a mock entry and put that its not up for voting( which would be a pity really)...then that settles it!?

categories were important for the fanpoppies where there was a winner in each category..but here?

it's not categories as such more like it's own little award

so mock entries get their own award apart from everything else!?

How about whoever uploads a mock entry or whatever can choose whether they want it to be up for voting, or if it's just for fun?

but when they add an entry they should know it is most likely to be up for voting anyway, so if they dont want it to be up for voting there is not much point in them uploading it?

okay a mock entry is basically a mimic of those terrible auditions you get on these talent competitions that don't have a cat in hells chance of getting through but their fun to watch e.g. singing exceptionally badly or writing a comedy sketch that is just filled with bad puns
