How do I win the 'Magic Counter' materia at the Choco Races?

My sources say that to get Magic Counter, Ты need to find it in the "Wintry forest" I have no idea what these means, but other sources say that Ты could find it in "Chocobo plaza." so maybe its not after Ты win the race autimatically, maybe Ты have to Поиск around for it a little.

First of all tell princess to hit the road cuz she has no clue what Ты are talking about not even sure shes talking about the correct game. Ты can only get it at the golden saucer racing chocobos. After Ты win S-class so many times Ты get a prize pack...it has 6 of the best items they offer but not magic counter. After Ты win the prize pack it becomes eligible to win as a regular prize...but Ты still have to wait for it to pop up as a prize and have to hope if Ты do win the race that the numbers match the correct symbol too. Takes luck and perseverance to get this materia.
