Ginny has liked harry since she met him in the first book. Harry only realized that he liked ginny in the sixth book/movie. Plus in the seventh book in the chapter the will of albus dumbledore hermione tells harry that ginny never really stopped liking him and she was the one who told ginny to дата other guys and act like herself. Because of this I think ginny likes harry more.
