I need help finding a certain weapon.

I can't seem to find the Night Vision Goggles after checking all areas in the game as it сказал(-а) on Gtawiki.com.
Does anybody know another place where I can find them?

I can help! Keep in mind that Ты need to make alot of progress in the game before Ты acess to them! They only Показать up after Ты use them in a mission! I forget wich one! Anyway the easiest one's to find is in Mad dogg mansion by the кухня on the first floor! Thier under the stairs that leads to the large hallway with several rooms!
