I say yes becuase he could kill Dumbledore, I think that he may not be good but help in some sort of little way. I dont know though

Draco is pure blood evil! He has so many evil people around him that there is no chance of him becoming good. Even if he did become good I wouldn't trust him because he is Harry's mortal enemy!

anyone that the main characters in the book hate is going to have a hard time gaining the readers' trust and pleasure in the character. there is nothing that JKR can say that will make my hate for malfoy subside. he might as well have killed dumbledore, what with letting in the death eaters!! i also cant see why people think snape may not be evil. its riduculous, theres no case for him

draco isn't bad to begin with. did you guys not read the book? Sure he's power hungry, but if he was really evil, he would have no problem killing anyone. i think it's quite obvious after his encounter with dumbledore that he is incapable of killing, which means he cares about right or wrong. he makes bad choices, but he is not bad himself.

He's too young. I think the moment when he was supposed to kill Dumbledore really woke him up. He seemed like he liked acting like a muggle-hater because he just liked the idea. Now he really knows what its about - murdering innocent people - I'm sure he'll try to get away. Harry won't be happy but they'll protect him. I got it all planned out lol.

It all depends on Snape, is ha good or not, as Malfoy would have no chance without him!

I think he'll make some kind of small helpful act for harry, or make some kind of stand for the good side and then die. Otherwise he wouldn't be able to live with himself that he changed. Kind of a shaky theory... but that's what I think.

just look at his behavior when he was on the tower with Dumbledore, he lowered his wand, he wanted to take him up on his offer to hide him and get him and his mom out of this business but it was too late and the death eaters joined him and then Snape showed up and killed him

Draco coudn't get the courage to kill Dumbledore, even though he hated him because he liked muggle born people, I think something will happen and he'll realize where he needs to be..maybe he'll help Harry kill Voldemort and the Death Eaters off;) haha that'll be kinda cool.

I think he may 'help' in a way and NOT become fanfic!Draco where he either becomes best friends with Harry or falls in love with him or joins the Order and becomes a spy or something. Draco was never evil he was just a smarmy little brat in books 1-3. I don't think you can say he's evil because he got Death Eaters into the school; he did it to try to save his family and at the end, he couldn't summon the Death Eater-ness to kill Dumbledore. And then he just ran for his arse with Snape
