I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Иконка & Banner Suggestions - Hook - Fanpop
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
-Banners need to be 800x100 px or a size that scales down to that.
-Mind the spot title, which will cover up whatever\'s in the right bottom corner of your banner.
This will be open until Friday, August 9th, but if anyone needs more time, just let me know!
(I\'ve been trying to splice this dang poster into a banner for ten freakin\' years and today it finally happened!!)
