I was hoping and hoping that Cuddy would be worried when House was taken hostage but for her to be so much so that the HOSTAGE NEGOTIATOR calls her out on it?! OMIGOSH. I have died and gone to spoiler heaven.

I agree with kellinator. I'm kinda anxious to see how the threat of being shot makes House and/or Cuddy react to seeing each other in danger.
