That's weird. It doesn't actually say that Cameron becomes Dean. It just says that Cuddy gives her "some of her day-to-day responsibilities". I like this version more. LOL.

LOL same here, I really didn't think Cam could handle House, let alone all the other responsibilities as DOM. And it looks like in fact she will not be able to handle even those "day to day" activities.

i think this episode is proving Cam can't handle House in that kind of situation. Or at all. But i think maybe the hams will ignore that little hint as well...
