Does anyone know why my msn and yahoo messenger is not working?

Эй, fellow fans, would anyone have any ideas why my msn and yahoo messenger wont work, it has been like that for the past week and it is so annoying that i cant get on and talk to my family and friends. if anyone can think of any ideas i would be so grateful thanks to anyone who can help me.
