What if someone Ты know just prays so that his/her parents wouldn't find out that he/she does bad things, such as zina или something similar to zina.
What should Ты do, if Ты talked to him/her and doesn't understand and still continuous?

Pray to Allah to guide him или her. Also, tell him или her the consequences of their deed (indirectly или directly). Keep Ислам around him или her all the time, e.g. always praising Allah and talking about Him. Always talking about Heaven and Hell and the miracles of Allah, etc.
