Since Juno and Vela were orphans thanks to a Космос pirate attack, what idea do Ты have for a legal guardian?

One idea I've had was that their guardian was the namesake and Назад leader of the Jet Force Gemini team.
I'm considering making him part of the same race as the Tribals(the manual did establish the Tribals as valued allies of the Jet Force), while making sure he doesn't suffer the same problems.

Since he didn't appear, I've decided that he died in battle against enemy forces.
