So, since I am self quarantining and am not going to work until April 2nd, I thought it would be fun to write an Статья of stuff I am doing или would recommend others to do during this time. For me, relaxing with a warm bath или taking a nice long душ is both physically and mentally helpful during this time. First of all Ты get clean! Secondly, it's (usually) relaxing. If Ты can, find some menthol whether in soap или bubble bath to pour in to clear out your sinuses also if you're sick или if Ты just like the smell like I do.
Play The Sims 4 💚
If Ты have a PC или Mac, right now link is having a sale on many packs. Most stuff packs not included. But the base game is $5! Yep, that's right. It is $5!!! The sale will be going on until March 23, so get it while Ты can! Although I must warn you, Ты will be addicted after so buyer beware 😉
Color 🎨
If you've got anxiety или depression over your job или health или of the health of your loved ones, it helps to just color. Trust me. Whether Ты color in coloring Книги или on a tablet или phone, it is worth it. There are many free apps to download with many unique pictures to color. It is low stress and the outcome is great. I use Paint By Number & Tap Color daily, and all of their pictures are free. If you'd like to step up your "gaming" a little, there is another amazing app called 'Gallery the game' that is a coloring/decorating rolled into one.

I can't physically write because I have arthritis and gripping a pen for too long is painful. But I have recently started up a blog I made years назад and adding to it. I deleted all old posts and started over. Nobody's Чтение it, but I don't need them to. It's for ME. Do something for YOU. Talk about your pets, your fashion style, the area Ты live in. It can be very therapeutic to just get something off your chest, whatever it may be. Ты can find many sites that are free for blogs. I use Blogspot.
Bake Something Sweet 🧁
Most of the time, people tend to have ingredients for a cake mix или печенье so that's why I suggested this. Luckily because of the fact that I have a sweet tooth that is unmatched, I am always prepared for this. I have stuff to make cupcakes, brownies, and печенье and I'll be taking advantage of that a lot in the coming days.

This is perhaps the most important thing on the list, because if Ты don't take care of yourself how can Ты expect to take care of anyone/anything else? If Ты have young children или family или Друзья at Главная with you, just set aside a couple hours just for you. Don't go on social media, maybe don't even watch TV. I like to lay in постель, кровати and listen to classical или soft jazz, color on my iPad или continue Чтение one of many Книги on my to be read list. If your Главная is a loud and chaotic one, consider using earplugs if Ты have them или putting something over your ears.
