What should I do?

I admitted to the girl I like my feelings, while we text every now and then, when ever I bring up the idea of meeting up and hanging out, even with other Друзья something comes up that either leads to an immediate no или a last минута no, and it's been like this for weeks.

Am I being crazy или is she trying to avoid meeting up?

The reason your going crazy because she says "no" by every time Ты ask to hang out. Going crazy is not the problem. Ты should ask her why she keeps telling Ты "no" while Ты try to hangout with her.
She is possibly trying to avoid hanging around you. Instead of that, she might say no because she maybe.....

Well, Ты might need to be еще patient to wait for her. If she keeps saying she's busy, that means something is really funny in a situation.
