The former “Mamma Mia!” star named Dominic Cooper has joined the cast of the “Captain America: the First Avenger.” Marvel Studios made an announcement on Tuesday that the actor has joined the movie “back-in-time” in the character of Howard Stark, the father of Iron Man named Tony Stark. John Slattery of the “Mad Men” fame has played the older version of Howard in the famous “Iron Man 2,” which had been the Robert Downey Jr. film that had been released early in the current year. As it had been previously reported on the site AccessHollywood.com on the internet Chris Evans is going to be playing the role of Captain America. The film is also going to star the likes of actors such as Tommy Lee Jones, the handsome Hugo Weaving and Hayley Atwell and last but not the least Stanley Tucci.
The film revolves around the character of Steve Rogers (the role that has been played by Evans), who participates in a program that is going to end in him turning into Captain America. “Captain America: The First Avenger” is going to make its debut in theaters on the 22nd of July next year that is in 2011. Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus' hit musical titled Mamma Mia! is going to make its debut at the Paris' Theatre Mogador on the 28th of October. The Paris Company is going to be headed by Sophie Delmas.
