No MERLIN will not be back in 2013. The Показать ended because the actors tired of their roles. The writers couldn't make Merlin darker или edgy enough nor could they make Arthur anymore half-witted to suit the cast. So, rather than run the Показать into the ground, MERLIN ended.
No, Arthur will not rise again. He died. And, he stays dead according to Bradley James who refuses to have anything еще to do with the Show. That's why in the final scene of MERLIN in modern times, Merlin is still waiting for a future king who will never appear again and will do so until the end of time.

What are Ты talking about, the creators intended from the start for the Показать to have a five season run. Can't tell if you're a troll или Ты actually believe that.
No. However, there is a campaign on Facebook called: Merlin - Присоединиться if Ты want to bring merlin back
There is over 8 thousand people that are part of it. We are in contact with BBC and members of the cast! If Ты want to help bring it back please visit the page. :) It is not one of those silly petitions that get ignored.
So, I don't think it would come back in 2013, because Pierrefonds is having work maintenance done on it.
BUT, if Ты become part of this campaign and help, then it is possible it could return in 2014. :)
I know not everyone believes in us and this campaign, but I think we can defeat the impossible. Because, it is possible to bring it back.. it has been done before. :)

I don't see a need to bring it back, it wasn't canceled, it ended. The creators were always gonna end it after the fifth season. I personally admire that they stuck to that, rather than just dragging it on and on. Even if the end had problems, it HAD an end, a planned end.
It's quite unlikely. They decided to finish at season 5 because it was a nice place to stop. Ты don't want to overdo the Показать (like what happened to doctor who) because it becomes unlikable. Merlin is my Избранное Показать and I'm sad it stopped, however, I'm still content. I think it would be amazing if they did another Показать based off Merlin, focused on Arthurs son and Gwen. (I know in the Показать he never had a son, but let's assume he did.) I think it would be wonderful and give meaning to Arthurs departure.
