1. yes, muslim women wear colourful clothes and even encouraged to beautify themselves through pretty clothes and accessories

2. muslim men and women are encouraged to cover their hair, but it's a personal choice so some choose to do hijab (head cover) или other types of covers to be closer to Allah, others choose to not do so. forcing is not permitted in islam. but some muslim countries have strict laws regarding that, which means they aren't really following the religion by forcing
