So why does nobody rate around here anymore?

I see the occasional rating, and I have seen some ratings which suggest that people are asking their buddies to rate for them, but for the most part I see my own ratings.

This spot used to be one of the best ratings spots on Fanpop! Did people get their precious medals and then forget about the spot? Do people just not like Olivia anymore?

Come on people, I know that I'm a freak who rates everything that comes into this spot, but please at least rate what you view.
