The WORST character on the show

I think Peter Pan was a great villain! He was an nasty, evil little s**t. He was on of the most cunning ones so far on the show and actually had a great plan and he had a great backstory that showed just how cruel he could be.
Greg on the other hand :S I kinda feel like Tamara was the brain in that team and whenever I think of Greg it is always followed by a deep sigh

/Never liked him and since we didnt see a lot of him, to me he is not really a good villian.

Question: what about the blind which, the siren the sheriff of Nottingham Anita Jefferson Whale and maybe even the mermaid?

Anita, Jefferson and Whale weren't villains :P Like I said I only got this list of people off of Once Upon A Time Wikia site. Siren, Blind Witch and Sheriff weren't there.

Maja2601- that's exactly how I feel about him he's a horrible person but as far as cunning villains go he's the top of the list. I can see why people would despise him though I just won't be voting for him for a while now.

Really Moe French is a villain but not Anita, Jefferson and Whale?? I hate him but he's more annoying then villainous. Also seems weird that they would include Blackbeard and Jack but not the blind witch, the siren and the sheriff of Nottingham as they all had the same amount of limited screentime.

I might have missed them, but Anita, Jefferson and Whale are definitely NOT villains. Jefferson and Whale's affiliations are neutral, Anita doesn't have one since she isn't a villain but had too little screen time to actually have an affiliation. I asked an Admin on there and they said she'd probably be neutral but was not a villain.

I guess that makes sense but you"d think if that were the case then Moe, Walsh, Smee and maybe even Sidney would be considered neutral as well. Honestly there is so much gray area on this show. Its hard to tell who are heros and who are villains anymore.

I personally don't find some of these people to be villains but I'm just taking them off of the wikia site. It is possible I maybe missed a few, because some characters are missing avatars so I sometimes miss them out. Even if that was the case they wouldn't last long in the countdown anyway :P
