Has it been confirmed that Niall sings the "OW!" in their new song сердце Attack?

I was a actually wondering the same thing. One Direction never сказал(-а) they did but, of course rumors are going around. So I mean, maybe? I don't know. I would look it up if I were you!

It's actually Josh the drummer. Most people thinks it's Niall, but isn't.

Ok so all of Ты saying that its not Niall. Well your all wrong. It is. My Друзья cousin knows them personally and asked them who sang the 'ow' in сердце attack and obviously they сказал(-а) Niall. She even found out from Niall that he wouldnt sing at all in сердце attack if he didnt get to sing the 'ow' in it so this should answer all of your questions. ;)
