Вопрос about Prince and his fans??

I've read that Prince filled a lawsuit against 22 of his fans, claiming that they have Опубликовано video recordings of his концерт performances without having the right to do it and asking 1 million $ from each.
He's right to be upset, piracy is wrong, a way to steal the artist's work.
What I'm asking is: do any of Ты know something about his rules? I mean, is it wrong if we post pictures of him too? или if we post Видео that we find on youtube?
