Here's how the contest goes:

3-We will pick a subject for the week,it can be an Event,incident,person,Building,etc.

4-No,wait,the winner of the previous round will the choose the subject for the round after it,but he will not be able to participate in that round.

5-Each person will submit a quote about the subject,but only one,it can be as long as you want,you have to post the name of the guy who said it,and you can change it until the deadline.(i.e.When I scream"Time's up")

6-The Quote can be a lyric if suitable enough

7-Voting will be in a pick question that the winner of the round before it will arrange every week.
