Most of the other picks originated as a book, cartoon или comic and then became live-action later so my answer is probably going to sound really weird by comparison. But I'm going to go with Aaron Hotchner from Criminal Minds because he had a very tragic life and could've easily дана up and become the "bad guy". But instead he chose to fight and became a profiler for the FBI.
