It's annoying when Вопросы asked here are in all caps, right?

OMG I HATE THAT!! I CAN'T STAND IT WHEN PEOPLE TALK IN ALL CAPS!! I'M LIKE DUDE, THERE'S NO NEED TO FUCKIN' SCREAM LIKE THAT! IT'S SO ANNOYING AND I CAN'T STAND IT! GAH, IT GIVES ME A HEADACHE. :/

I mean, If it's a big deal/ something I'll actually give a damn about, then I don't mind it.

But if it's something where it isn't really necessary to type in all caps, like something like "WHAT COLOR SHOULD I PAINT MY NAILS?" then I'll be annoyed -.-

Sometimes. It depends on what the Вопрос is. Some Вопросы are important enough to deserve all caps, but most aren't.

I wouldn't say it's annoying...but I would say there is no reason to TYPE LIKE THIS или Typ lik tis (..Actually I find it annoying when people typ lik tis cause I can't understand them sometimes! lol)
