OH! I HAD THAT!!!!!! Ты were supost to get a key code to get into microsoft when Ты got the program или the computer. look through your computer papers and microsoft box. it should be somewhere in there.

a product key is kind of like a key through a keyhole... It's asking Ты for a product key because your computer was only using mocrosoft 2007 for a limited time... Now it's asking Ты to enter a product key to EXTEND that time.

Look on a CD Ты received with your computer. It should be labelled "Product key" или something similar. And It'll have a 24-26 letter and number code on it. kind of like this;

enter it, and it SHOULD work.

that has hapened to me before. are Ты in the word documents или office documents? the office documents askes for a product key so eather try going to word document( if thats not what your on. if so, try office document) или if that dosent work, try notepad.it for sure will work so notepad can be like a backup plan.
