If your talking about un-joining a club, then Yes.
On your Профиль go to "Clubs" then unsubscribe from the selected club.

Then if your talking about deleting a club you created then, No. Ты can't Удалить a club Ты made after x amount of people have joined, it now belongs to the Fanpop community. Ты can however Сообщить a club Ты made.
