The company pocodot is trying to trick Youtube viewers into making pocodot accounts. That Комментарий Ты see is fake and so are the thumbs up. Do not make a pocodot. Once Ты make an account you can't delete it and your info will be sent to a third party.

It's kind of like Facebok, and the dots represent a person или place. Except it's highly unsafe and they claim that Знаменитости use it, when they actually don't. :/
