I think theyre both True and False, but for diffent reasons.

This is because 1 says 2 is true, but 2 says 1 is lying. so if 1 is lying like 2 says, then 2 isnt true either, meaning 1 would be right that it was true. But 2 is right because 1 is false, making the whole thing false. exacpt for the fact that 1 has already сказал(-а) 2 is true, and we are assuming that neither can lie, или the whole puzzle would be unsolvable.
So the answer is the following statement is false, the Назад statement is true.
