u cant Загрузить a pic by entering ur fb account from cell phone web ...u should first have fb application installed on ur cell then use it to enter fb and u'll later find a camera Иконка and stuff like that ..one of them is for uploading pics

i think Ты can Загрузить pics if Ты send them in a picture text to a certain adress that is дана to Ты by your face book account
