It sounds like something that someone who didn't know anything would say to sound like they know something. The meaning is nice I guess, but the wording is awful. And I hate Цитаты and such like that...

Uh... Okay. I didn't say anything insulting about you, did I? I сказал(-а) I didn't like the quote. Ты asked us what we thought, and I was just being honest, alright? It wasn't a personal attack towards you, so don't take it as one, and don't make a personal attack against me for being honest. And if Ты really respected it, Ты wouldn't have tried to insult me like that.
