Is there such a thing as a FEMALE perverted character?

It seems that in every Аниме series that has a perverted character, сказал(-а) character is always a boy.

So far, the only perverted female I've seen is Kurumu Kurono (which is ironic, since she hates the perverted male of R+V, джин Morioka).

I don't know about you, but I think a girl constantly pressing her boobs up against a guy's chest qualifies as perverted.

And yes, I am aware that I asked this Вопрос already in the Аниме club, but I might as well ask it here.
